I have just completed the 5 day bookbinding school at Wanaka (Wanaka Autumn School) here is this absolutely beautiful area of New Zealand.
We made 2 books and I encouraged the students to be creative with what they decorated the covers with, how they related to the materials they had to use and to create interest as well as a soundly structured book.
I was very pleased with the results. I have to say I really enjoy teaching and helping students achieve.
